We strive for quality and the best designs, using only the finest materials and findings for all of our products.
Due to the nature of our works, we have designed the following return policies:
NO monogrammed item is returnable unless WE have grossly misrepresented our products OR misspelled the monogramming.
ALL MONOGRAMMING NEEDS TO BE SUPPLIED TO US IN THE FORM OF A FULL NAME. WE will arrange the monogramming accordingly. We are not responsible for correcting, at our expense, any item monogrammed that was given to us incorrectly. ANY item to be remade due to the error of the BUYER will have to be re-ordered and the buyer will incur ALL charges again, including shipping costs. We are not responsible for shipping costs that are due to a buyers mistake when ordering.
An item is returnable for EXCHANGE ONLY if an item HAS NOT been altered from it's original state when ordered. No items that are permanently monogrammed, painted or altered in anyway are excepted. CLOGS and NEEDLEPOINT SHOES ARE NOT REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED FOR ANY REASON unless defective. Any credits will be given to buyer through a code to use at next time of ordering. NO REFUNDS only EXCHANGES!
ALL GIFT CERTIFICATES WILL EXPIRE 6 months from issue date. NO EXCEPTIONS!
